Flexi W2P solution allows you to create and manage complete list of clients and printers that you deal with. You can simple log on to the system and check the orders generated and their delivery status.
Once you have created the central list of clients, you can upload and store their print ready files (artwork) to our web server. In order to avoid changes in the design and the layouts, you can define the fields that can be modified. Details like the rates agreed upon, the delivery addresses, contact details etc to be printed on invoice are all automatically populated from the database and compiled into an invoice.
You can gradually introduce your clients and printers to the system and experience complete peace of mind. After you create a list of clients and printers, you can provide them with login and password details to access your virtual office!
Whenever your clients wish to carry out minor modifications and order prints, they can log into the system, select a template uploaded by you, carry out modification, enter no. of prints and confirm the order. The system will generate a Order to you from client; you can approve the same and select the printer; who in turn will be notified to download the proofread print ready file.
The printer can now retrieve the order using his login and password. He can also update the status of job. Based on the printer's comments, your client will automatically receive an update from your side.
As the system establishes a virtual link between your clients and your printers, you just need to login to system and see the business and information flow. Detailed generation of purchase orders, invoice, order status etc are always available online.
Even if your client places an off-line order, you can easily update the same on the system and instruct the designated printer to go ahead with the request.
