Hence, we have created a clutter-free self-explanatory icon based system, that launches with a Menu that has an "Order Print" option which allows your corporate customers to quickly place an order, without necessarily navigating through the other features like the Help files or the How It Works section.
We also provide you the facility to configure the basic look and feel to select what you want to see under Admin and what you want your customers to see when they log in.



Different Roles, Different Accessibility
When you deal with Giant Corporate Customers, you need a team of people comprising of a production manager, an accountant, a marketing manager, and other core team members. A web-based system allows these professionals to work from anywhere.
However, to ensure the effective functioning of this system, you need to define their roles and responsibilities clearly. For instance, the facility of Rate Modification should be given only to a marketing professional, the Downloading of File facility only to a production professional, and so on.
This sets up a complete process flow at your team's level. The system allows you to enter the e-mail address of each user so that they can receive regular alerts about events and notifications that concern their role and responsibility.
